Australia’s most loved regional icon of delicious food, wine, and exceptional hospitality that is which is now at the end of its 4th decade continues to earn many top spots in the top award lists. 

The book Alla Wolf-Tasker, AM, shares her passion for the area and Lake House, her admiration for top producers both locally and across Australia, and shares delicious recipes, fascinating stories, and stunning images.

Alla Wolf-Tasker, Culinary Director, as well as co-proprietor alongside her spouse Allan and her daughter Larissa from Lake House in Daylesford. 

She has received numerous ‘Contributions to Industry Awards’ and several ‘Living legend award’s under her belt and was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for her activities in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
