Dome Menu Price Australia 2022 What began as a specialty roasting company in the mid-1980s, has been slowly cultivated into what we have today as a distinctive community cafe experience that is known to all in the world as Dome.
Three founders – Phil May, Patria Jefferies, and Phil Sexton – played a crucial part in helping get the cafe up and running.
Before Dome was founded before it was founded, Mr. May was a triple-jump Olympian throughout the 1970s and the late Ms.
Jefferies as well as the late Mr. Sexton founded the Matilda Bay Brewing Company in Australia. It was this group of people and their enthusiasm that laid the initial foundations for the Dome brand.

After Phil May made the decision to end his sports career He bought this stunning French old-fashioned roaster in Melbourne and brought it over to Perth and began roasting.
His company, Western Roast Coffee, began to supply Matilda Bay Brewery, where Patria worked. It was at this point that they thought up the idea for the Dome coffee idea.
After Phil May cracked the very first roast on his old machine around 30 years ago the first Dome cafe started in Cottesloe. Today, there are over 130 Dome cafes in six countries.
